What's the first thing that comes into your mind when you think about "relax"?

For a lot of people the word "relax" is synonym of a good "massage". Here are some different kinds of massages: Energising chair massage, sublime body massage or maybe you preffer natural beauty treatment. There are many others, but I let you to decide which is the best for you, so think about it. Apart from helping you to relax, this can be a new way of "travelling" and having new experiences, forget about the outside world and just let yourself go. Here you can find more information:http://www.relax.org.uk/

And for those who like sports....here are some ideas:

After a long day at work, you may just go home and watch TV, or if you love sports, you might choose this other option: go outside there and make some exercise. This will help you to relax your mind and body, since you'll forget about all the stress, all the problems.

So, instead of lying in bed, go out there, have fun while you play something, you'll notice the difference, believe me. There's a new world out there waiting for you!

Cinema's world

December is more or less synonym of stress. The christmas is coming, the children leaves school early... there are many things to preparate!

But must also have time to relax. This month there is a good publicity board in the cinemas. A film would be the perfect excuse to break the monotony.
Here is the list of the more watched films:

-Planet 51
-Cell 211
-Paranormal activity
-2012
-The secret of her eyes
-A christmas carol
-The dance of the victory
-The twilight saga: new moon
-Julie and Julia
-(500) Days of summer

If you can see the hours you will look it at the pages:

Well, enjoy with it and happy Constitution's bridge!

Who said that read isn't a funny activity?

Most of youth people think that read is such a boring and costly thing. If you think like that is because you haven't chosen the correct books. On the list below you can see the most famous actual sagas:

Millenium: It's a suspense trilogy with an enigmatic main character, Lisbeth Salander.

Twilight: A romance story between a vampire, a human girl and a wolf man mixed with adventures and risks.

Da Vinci's saga: Dan brown continue with mysteries about the Catholic Church and the adventures with professor Robert Langdon.

Despite of you already have seen the movies, read this books and you will discover all the information that movies ignore and books offers to you.

Best wishes and enjoy yourself!
